Finnish Content Brand Manager

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Remain abreast of relevant industry trends, perform frequent competitor/market research, and distribute this knowledge within the Gaming team and the broader company. This is essential for delivering the best casino experience for players.
  • Collaborate to integrate key casino product features and functionalities following best Finnish practices.
  • Take responsibility for the content plan tailored to the Finnish market.
  • Design a content strategy (across all channels) that aligns with short-term and long-term marketing targets for the country.
  • Analyze content performance data and refine activities to align with key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Direct and manage internal design & development teams, agencies, and/or third parties involved in the creation of marketing, advertising, and influencer content.
  • Stay updated with industry and content trends relevant to the role and actively share insights and ideas with all stakeholders.
  • Create compelling marketing copy for online gaming, including campaign emails, newsletters, landing pages, onsite banners, and other marketing communications.
  • Ensure that all brand communications comply with guidelines and tone of voice while also appealing to our customers and spurring them to action.
  • Offer feedback and direction to internal design & development teams, agencies, and/or third parties to facilitate any content-related digital projects or content management systems when needed


As the Brand Manager for Finnish Content, you should be a native speaker with full proficiency in Finnish. English being the working language at BigWins, you must also possess fluency in English, both verbally and in writing!

We anticipate that you will have relevant experience and skills in content management and/or marketing, preferably in the iGaming industry, and that you will demonstrate strong analytical and project management skills.

  • A results-oriented approach, with the capability to make practical and swift decisions.
  • A solid understanding of the local (Finnish) advertising market.

  • Prior experience with CRM, influencers, affiliates, bloggers, and streamers across various digital platforms will be considered a big plus.
